Paddle Tennis

Play outside all winter long. Heated courts make it possible. A viewing gallery in the Oakhouse makes it fun.

Though paddle tennis season runs from October through mid to late March, Exmoor’s five heated courts are available for play year-round.

We offer programming for players of all abilities. Exmoor currently has five Women’s Teams and seven Men’s Teams competing in the North Shore League.

New players are always welcome and encouraged to participate. We have entry-level teams for both men and women. Beyond the various team practices and match play, we have many opportunities to enjoy this great winter sport. The Exmoor platform tennis schedule includes drills, social mixers, private instruction, member-guest, pro-ams and general open play.

Juniors

Our varied juniors' programs target children age 7 and older. There are weekly clinics, pizza nights and inter-club play. Exmoor’s junior paddlers compete against Onwentsia, the Winter Club, Lake Bluff Park District and the Lake Forest Club throughout the winter. Instruction includes stroke mechanics, court positioning, and strategy. There are paddle clinics and classes for players ages 7 - 9, 11 - 13, and high school players.

Want to get involved?  All Member paddlers are encouraged to participate all season long in fun and competitive events for all ages and experience levels, including:

Money Ball Night
Pro-Am
Cross Town Classics
Chicago Charities Tournament
Kenney Tournament
Turkey Shoot Mixers
Snowball Paddle Mixer
