At the Clubhouse Grill and Terrace, Executive Chef Matthew Hinkle and his culinary team create a diversified and satisfying menu of long-time Club favorites known as Exmoor Traditions, complemented by exotic, new entrées, appetizers and special menu items each night. Dinner menus change every two weeks in season. Except for rare Club events and occasional Sunday evening buffets, the Clubhouse Grill and Terrace is open for à la carte Member dining every night but Monday during the summer season.
